Because we want your business to be successful as possible, we do offer time and material rates.

What is your average responses time?

Our SLA’s are based on an 8 hour response time. Based on the project/ticket, these SLA’s can change but you will always be notified and kept in the loop of what is happening.

Can we cancel our services at any time?

We like to keep our services in a month to month contract. We will never bind you to something you don’t agree to. Our goal is always to offer unparalleled support, we never want you to leave and will always work with you to make sure you are happy with what we can do.

Do you offer any hardware or software discounts?

We have many contacts with distributors and will always work to find you the best prices on all of your technology needs. We like to look at this as a not for profit area. We want you to be able to have the best technology possible, and be able to provide you with the best service on top of it.
